Standing Committees

Committee Terms
Members of Standing Committees generally serve three-year terms. Committee members are not members of Council and do not have voting privileges. The parenthesis indicates the year in which the Committee Member's term ends. 

Committee appointments are made by the President-Elect. Incoming committee members serve as Committee Chair during the President-Elect's subsequent term as President.

Ad Hoc Committees

Committee Terms
Members of Ad Hoc Committees generally serve one-year terms. The Immediate Past President serves as Chair of the Committee on Nominations, while the Incoming President appoints the remaining committee members, as well as the Program Chair for the year of their presidency.

Members serving on Ad Hoc Committees are not members of Council and do not have voting privileges.
